SmartHub has several features that make managing your account as easy as possible.

Whether through the web, your smartphone or your tablet, you will be able to pay your bill, view your electricity use, contact customer service and more.

As soon as you log in, you will be able to view your billing history and make a payment with just a couple clicks or taps. Either through your web browser or with the free app and you will be able to see your current bill, along with bills from previous months. Not only will you be able to see your billing history, you will be able to see how your use is trending over time, which may help you take steps to reduce your consumption and lower your bill.

Making payments through SmartHub is fast, easy and secure. The first time you make a payment, either through the web or through your mobile device, you will be able to securely store your payment information for future transactions. The next time you need to pay your bill, it will only take a couple of clicks.

You will also be able to manage how you want to be notified about your bill, including e-mail and text messaging.

Also, if you choose to go paperless, you will receive $5 off your next bill!

2. Click on "Don't have an account? Register now." Enter requested info, then verify email

3. Then choose "Yes, Go Paperless"

You will need your account number, billing zip code and name on account.

If you are already registered for SmartHub but not paperless billing, just log on to your account and click on "My Profile" then choose "Update My Paperless Settings" and click the button to turn "ON" paperless billing.

SmartHub PayNow - pay your bill without registering a permanent account

Do you wish you could have your electric bill be the same amount every month? If you answered yes to this question, then budget billing is for you! The monthly budget payment is determined by averaging the previous calendar year use of electricity plus any increase resulting from a major electrical equipment addition. If your electric bills vary according to seasonal demands, budget billing offers a systematic means to distribute the cost in twelve monthly payments. The sign-up months for budget billing are May and June. If budget billing can help you spread out and manage your money better, contact our office. In the event the member does not submit payment during the allotted time, he shall be removed from the budget payment plan.

Members can have more convenience by taking advantage of Oahe Electric's automatic bill payment plan. You'll also get $5 off your next bill! Sign up for a draft from a checking or savings account OR you can use your debit or credit card. Both payments will withdraw on the 20th of each month or the closest business day.
